Accommodation provided in a 2 bedroom villa with a maximum capacity of 4 adults.

Rates are based on 2 guests occupying Master Bedroom; additional guests subject to US$25/night surcharge except monthly stays.

Children 8 years of age and over are welcome in this adult community.

Minimum 5 nights stay.

Guest Check-in & Check-out may be any day of the week. Check-in 3pm. Check-out 11am.

Additional Service Charge 10% applies to all posted rates.

Refundable Security/ Damage Deposit of US$500 is required at time of booking to secure reservation.

Additional Electricity Usage exceeding 15KWh per day subject to surcharge.

All payments are required by credit card, invoiced and processed via Paypal.

Signed Rental Agreement for mutual protection required together with payment of deposit and rent to reserve accommodation. Agreement issued after booking request.
