POLICIES​

1. Windjammer Landing luxury accommodations provided in either a 1 bedroom villa with maximum capacity of 4 adults or 2 bedroom villa maximum capacity of 6 adults.

2. Fixed 7 nights stay starting on Sunday.

3. Guest Check-in & Check-out at Windjammer Landing reception for 1 bedroom on first day of week 49 & for 2 bedroom on first day of week 48.  Check-in 3pm.  Check-out 11am.

4. All payments are required by credit card, invoiced and processed via Paypal.

5. Signed Rental Agreement for mutual protection required together with payment of deposit and rent to reserve accommodation. Agreement issued after booking request.

6. Offer to Purchase must be submitted by interested party to Indigo Pearl Properties in order to initiate the negotiation process & legal property transfer.  Agreement subject to additional conditions of Windjammer Landing.
